Stunning airplane photo takes center stage in Kolari Vision’s first solar eclipse contest

Kolari Vision has unveiled the winners of their very first Solar Eclipse Photo Contest. The competition was launched in honor of the awe-inspiring total eclipse that graced North American skies on April 8, 2024. And as you can imagine – there are some stunning shots to admire that we bring you in this article.

Other than celebrating the celestial event we all looked forward to, the contest also aimed to educate photographers on safe eclipse capture, foster preparedness, and celebrate photographic talent. Running from April 8 to May 8, 2024, the contest attracted a passionate pool of participants eager to showcase their interpretations of this celestial spectacle. The winners will receive recognition and exciting prizes consisting of various Kolari Vision products.

The first prize winner is Ryan Spangenberg for his image of a plane in the totality’s path.
